Continuing education workshops are delivered by the San Luis Valley Area Health Education Center and designed to meet the education and training needs of the region’s health care workforce. AHEC programs assist health practitioners in expanding their knowledge and increasing their competency  The goal of the Education Workshops at the SLVAHEC is to improve health outcomes and quality of life for the citizenry of the San Luis Valley  through the provision of accessible, high-quality, evidence-based services that enhance the knowledge and skills of our healthcare workforce.
